# Google Chat

> Connect a Google Chat space to Zelto via incoming webhook.

## Connect

1. In Google Chat, open the space you want Zelto to post in.
2. **Apps & integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook**. Name it
`Zelto`, optionally upload an avatar, and copy the resulting URL.
3. In Zelto, **Settings → Integrations → Google Chat**, paste the
   webhook URL, and click **Connect**.
4. Zelto sends a test message to confirm the URL is reachable. If
Google Chat rejects it, the connection isn't saved — fix the URL
   and try again.

The card shows a masked version of the webhook URL once connected; disconnect to
remove it.

## How it works

A single space (one webhook per organization) receives Zelto's messages through
the webhook. Unlike [Slack](/docs/integrations/slack), there's no per-agent
routing — if you need different agents going to different places, use Slack's
per-channel routing instead.
