> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.zelto.ai/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Terms of Service > The terms that govern your access to and use of Zelto's website, application, and APIs. **Last updated: July 27, 2026** These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zelto ("Zelto", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website at [zelto.ai](https://zelto.ai), our application at [dashboard.zelto.ai](https://dashboard.zelto.ai), our APIs, and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If a signed agreement between you and Zelto covers the Services, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. ## 1. The Services Zelto provides production analytics and quality assurance for voice AI agents. It connects to your voice platform, ingests your production calls, analyzes recordings and transcripts, and surfaces findings and suggested fixes. We may update, improve, or change the Services over time. ## 2. Accounts and eligibility You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at **[hello@zelto.ai](mailto:hello@zelto.ai)** of any unauthorized use. The Services are for business use by users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your users' compliance with these Terms. ## 3. Customer Content "Customer Content" means the call recordings, audio, transcripts, prompts, configuration, metadata, and other data you or your integrations send to the Services, and the analyses derived from them. * **Ownership.** As between you and Zelto, you own your Customer Content. * **License to us.** You grant Zelto a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and analyze Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services for you, and as otherwise permitted in these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](/docs/legal/privacy-policy). * **Your responsibilities.** You are responsible for your Customer Content and for having all rights, consents, and legal bases necessary to record, analyze, and share it with us — including any notices to and consents from call participants required by applicable call-recording, wiretap, biometric, and privacy laws in every relevant jurisdiction. You will not send us content you are not permitted to share. ## 4. Acceptable use You will not, and will not permit others to: * use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right; * upload content you lack the rights or consents to process; * attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems, or probe or circumvent security or usage limits; * interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; * reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law; * resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly allowed; or * use the Services to build a competing product. ## 5. Third-party services The Services integrate with third-party platforms (for example your voice provider, Slack, Linear, or Google Chat). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You authorize us to access and exchange data with a third-party service when you connect it. ## 6. Fees and billing Paid plans and usage-based charges apply as described on our [pricing page](https://zelto.ai/#pricing) or in your order. Fees are based on the plan you select plus per-call analysis charges above included volumes, and you can set usage caps to control spend. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change pricing prospectively with notice. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Late or failed payments may result in suspension. ## 7. Intellectual property Zelto and its licensors own the Services, including all software, models, interfaces, and content we provide (excluding Customer Content), and all related intellectual-property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction. ## 8. Confidentiality Each party may access the other's confidential information in connection with the Services. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care, use it only to perform under these Terms, and disclose it only to those who need to know and are bound by confidentiality. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party. ## 9. Disclaimers The Services are provided **"as is" and "as available."** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Zelto does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that findings, transcriptions, or suggested fixes will be accurate or complete. The Services support, and do not replace, your own quality, compliance, and supervisory judgment. ## 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and (b) each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to Zelto for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. ## 11. Indemnification You will defend and indemnify Zelto against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or law, or your failure to obtain required consents for call recording or analysis. ## 12. Term and termination These Terms apply while you use the Services. Either party may terminate as set out in an applicable order or, for month-to-month use, at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the Services or others. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; you may request export or deletion of Customer Content as described in our [Privacy Policy](/docs/legal/privacy-policy), subject to legal retention requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) survive termination. ## 13. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits either party from seeking injunctive relief. ## 14. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. ## 15.
