Connect

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Telnyx and click Connect Telnyx.
  2. Paste your Telnyx API key. Create a V2 key in the Telnyx portal under Auth → API Keys. We use it to fetch your AI assistants and their instructions on demand.
  3. Give the connection a label (e.g. Production) so you can tell multiple accounts apart.
You can connect multiple Telnyx accounts to one organization.

What gets imported

Zelto reads your Telnyx AI Assistants. Import an assistant from Agents → Add Agent → Telnyx, which lists every assistant in your connected account. On import Zelto:
  • pulls the assistant’s instructions in as the agent system prompt and audits it,
  • generates a name and description, and
  • backdates the agent to the assistant’s Telnyx creation date.
Re-import an assistant at any time to refresh its prompt and metadata.
Call-log ingestion for Telnyx assistants is on the roadmap. Today the integration imports each assistant and its prompt; to bring call data in now, forward calls through Custom & other providers.

Connection status & disconnecting

The Telnyx card shows each connected account. The Disconnect action removes the stored API key for that account; imported agents stay in Zelto.
